We have been receiving a large number of support requests from customers in California (primarily southern California around the L.A. area) indicating that they are unable to reach their websites hosted with us. Upon investigating this issue, it was found that Time Warner is experiencing networking issues in that area which they are currently working to resolve. Unfortunately because this is outside of our network we do not have any further details or ETA on when the issue will be fixed.
If you believe you are affected by this issue, you would need to contact your ISP for further support and updates. Last edited by GatorTWhite; 07-14-2011 at 10:38 PM. |

Our datacenter has informed us that Global Crossing is also affected by this issue and possibly other networking providers.

Hello,
At this time all routes to Global Crossing should be working normally. We received word from our datacenter that there was a routing table issue which was causing outdated routes to be republished. This issue has been resolved and there should no longer be access issues to our services from the Southern California/L.A. area. We appreciate your patience, Thank you. |
