I sent email requesting full forum access on Saturday 2/2. I received an email to get on Wesley's email white list, and replied ot that. Is there something else I need to do?

Nope, he's the only one who can activate you. He's really good about getting people access within 24 hours and the best way to get this done is by dropping him a PM.

It's unfortunate that the first email did not go thru, even though I responded to the challenge in the correct way. Thanks for giving me access.

Yes, you are correct. And that is the email I used to follow up. I responded to the challenge email, in order to get on Wesley's white list. Evidently, the email did not go thru the first time.

Yes you are right. In fact, I would go so far as to say staff always good.
Most systems and processes are difficult to work with. For instance, at host P, I submit an email, reply to the system challenge, and email goes to the recipient. At host H, this did not happen. This does not mean that host H has bad staff. I point out this problem because it takes up more of my time, your time, and the admin's time. |
