Talking time problem

i had search this forum for a long time and it seem the service is very good provided from the hostgator. i will mostly buy a reseller a/c and before that i need to clarify something before process to gator.

1. the time problem ? because i live in australia, the time zone is different from the server actually location. so if i want to do some function with time, for example, get the current time, do i need to do modify for myself ? if this is true, can i use the whm for to do the server-wide modification?

2. for the reseller a/c, discounted enom registration is provided. if i want to host a service for my clients to find and maybe register for the domainname, is this possible to do it in a "automatically" way? (i mean, can i write some script to integrate with the enom service, or api)?

thx a lot

There is no way to change the time server wide on a reseller account..

Hostgator provide WHMAP to their reseller customers so you can use automatic domain registrations (http://www.hostgator.com/autopilot.php)

No you can't. It shouldn't matter though coz most scripts these days have a time function built into them
