I suggest (A) making the textbox you write the initial ticket in MUCH larger in width, and (B) increasing the number of categories in which you submit the ticket.

Many suggestions and bug reports were sent few months ago, including the textarea increase width suggestion to GatorDrew. Nothing was done since then, it seems that GatorDrew is to much "busy" with the new "billing system" that we will have to wait a while before seeing any changes on the actual buggy ticket system...

Hey Guys/Gals,
I wasn't actually aware of this problem... That text area was rather small. I basically doubled the size of it. Drews job is mostly back end work, not Web development. If you messaged him, he probably didn't see the PM. Please let me know if the current size is better. |
