Ticket Was Lost?

I accidently deleted the public_html from my site 1/31/2008. I submitted a ticket and paid the $15 for the restoration. After 24 hours of my site being down, I check back only to find that the original ticket was lost. I had to fill out another restoration form and may have paid the $15 again, although I am not sure. I have called several times and submitted 2 tickets but my site is still down. Is there a way to talk to someone directly who is able to restore my site w/o using tickets and emails?

You need to speak with the "Sales Admins", they do not take phone calls, or chats. Only email and support tickets (Emails opens a ticket anyways) but still. Hope this helps in some way.

GatorChadB advice might seem a bit odd, but speaking with customers on the phone greatly increase the time it takes for these issues to be sorted out. Email seems like reliable, but in these cases it is far better for HG to not accept phone calls.

Restores do take time, contact sales and they will fix you up.
