Positive Ticket GHM-2581762.

Earlier this week, I spoke with Michael M. A few minutes after submitting this ticket. He verified my identity, my payment method, and the last 4 digits of my credit card. He informed and conversed with Gerald Weber, the sales admin, who soon after, posted a solution to my problem. The passwords provided for some reason did not work.

Today I posted an update to the ticket. That was 7.5 hours ago. I called 15 minutes ago and spoke to Jim who was quite rude with me. He insisted that my lack of response was due to the fact that my payment method hadn't been confirmed on the ticket. However an administrator, Gerald Weber, clearly responded AFTER the that post, providing me with a solution confirming my claim that Michael M. had relayed that I was indeed the owner. He continued to argue with me. If his reason was accurate, why have I not received a response indicating that? Why must I babysit hostgator anytime I need my account serviced?

I DO NOT appreciate the rudeness and excuses Jim provided me with for a lack of response. It has been 7.5 hours since my ticket was initialized and I have received ZERO responses from hostgator. For 24 hour support, this is TOTALLY unacceptable AND unreasonable!

If this rudeness and lack of support continues I will have to take my business elsewhere. I cannot continue to wait hours and days for resolutions that should only take a few moments.

The ONLY two exceptionally responsible hostgator representatives I've ever spoken with are:

Michael M.

These two gentlemen do know how to provide excellent, prompt, responsible customer service.

Coty B. fulfilled my ticket and so kindly answered my questions. He was very polite and kind. I'm adding him to my list of helpful, responsible, hostgator representatives. He got the job done without needing to further confirm my identity. His solution was 100% effective. Thank you Coty!

This further confirms that Jim lied to me on our phone call. I now also know that had I updated my ticket I would had it put to the end of the line.
