I sent an email to support about getting Zend updated so I could run the latest updates for Whoiscart on my account.
I fully expected a polite but firm email back saying that it would be updated whenever Hostgator next ran some updates. So I was very surprised when I got an email back within 30 minutes saying that it had been updated for me. Now thats what I call superior support, so thank you Hostgator and thank you Shane. |
