Thumbs up for HG
I just joined a week ago (as a reseller) and am impressed with what I have seen so far. I transferred 16 accounts from my old host in the past 3 days, and that went as smooth as silk. Staff have been helpful, informative and efficient. Questions are answered promptly and information I've received from support staff has been sound.
I was with my past host for 7 years, until 24-36 hour outages became commonplace, with no explanation or apology forthcoming. Keep up the good work, HG!
