Time and time again, when I have had an issue, HostGator customer service has been fast, efficient and accurate.

The most recent issue involved being hacked and implanted with 4 nasty Trojans, all of which HostGator removed for us and blocked the hackers. We were back and up and running in less than 24 hours with all of our website data in tact.

For the low price, bandwidth, storage space, CPanel, Fantastico loaded with all the goodies, ability to pay by the month - and most of all an amazing tech support and customer service team... I'd never go anywhere else.
