Thinking about a Reseller Plan

I purchased the Silver reseller plan and have been very happy with HostGator's servers, service, and support.

I have only been with HostGator a very short time but everything looks good. I’ve been a reseller with several hosts over the years. I’m strictly small-time but I’ve been doing it a long time. From my perspective, here goes:

As far as service, it looks great to me; everything works as advertised. As far as support, it seems good too. I’ve only interacted with support a couple of times. The support techs seemed a bit terse but help was given and the problem was solved; frankly, what more can you ask? E-mail is a tough way to communicate without coming off short and “know-it-all.” That’s a short coming in the media not necessarily the people using it. As far as the servers, they’re the best I’ve used. I’ve always used good hosting companies and in comparison to other guys HostGator seems to have it together. I’ve always been able to find one thing or another I didn’t like; so far with HostGator, all is good.

Keep in mind that my needs are simple and I’m really not doing anything to stress the limits of service but for what it’s worth, everything looks excellent.
