Things have gotton much better!!

Hi,

I'd thought I throw my 2-cents in here. I've been with HG since February of this year. I was completely put off by the support staff and how they delt with most issues. However, things have gotton much better over the last month or 2. Service is much more reliable. I have had few calls from my customers about hosting related issues, lately. I'm wondering if HG was just going through some kind of transition back then.
