Hey just a quick note from the guys at ShakeHowdy.com to say 'thanks!' to the support team at HostGator!

We just signed up for a small shared account with you and couldn't be happier. The support experience (both live chat (great, by the way!) and the email support) was wonderful for our initial setup.

There is almost always some configuration need in the default setup and I'm happy to say that you guys nailed all the issues we had, and accomodated at least one issue that I never thought we'd get gratis.
