Just a quick thank you to the Hostgator support.

I have a single domain hosted on Hostgator, & have needed a few things tweaked, so I've used the tech support chat a few times. Each time I have used the tech support chat, they have been chatting in less than 30 seconds, & always pointed me in the right direction, or this last time actually done the work for me!

Now I need to find out how to backup, my new wordpress site.

We do weekly backups here at HostGator. There is also an option in your Cpanel to generate a backup of your files, here is a howto on this:
