I was working on a new site and suddenly got a 500 error. I contacted Hostgator support via chat and was connected to Dawn Qu. Together we could identify the problem and solve it. What I especially liked was that she really took in account the little knowledge I have and how pleasant she was to deal with. I gave her a top rating in the chat, but I also want it to be mentioned here. Support stuff like Dawn Qu are one of the reasons why I am a very happy hostgator customer since years. SY
