Thank you for a smooth transition
I started Saturday morning with just my old domain name and my old baby croc account. Through a series of tickets and phone calls, by Sunday HG registered a new domain name for me; set up a new reseller account for me; transferred my old domain name, addon domain name, website, email, and databases to my new reseller account; cancelled the old baby croc account; and by Monday morning the transferred website was up and running like nothing had ever happened.
 Thank you for a smooth and quick transition!
