Positive Thank You Seth

I was working on upgrading my account @ midinight on Thanksgiving (don't ask why) when I met Seth. He was very responsive and helpful. I really appreciate the work he did. It was definitely not an easy request (I have no idea what I am doing) and he let me know the progress the whole time. I am where I need to be.

Thanks Seth and the admin who helped.

Also Chris D. I spoke with him the next day to make sure everything was ok and he made sure it was.
