I would like to thank Richard and Larry for their patience and kind assistance. I am kind of a newbie and have to ask many questions.
Both of them were very helpful.

I was to complete a service survey for Richard H & Larry R but the pop-ups did not show. I wonder if it was due to the pop-up blocker (that I realised later on).
