I just wanted to express my thanks to Joel Hu from the live chat team for going far above and beyond the call of duty with the problem I had. I originally thought it was a server configuration issue that had to be fixed by an admin, but that turned out not to be the case. Moreover, Joel took the time to carefully investigate my WordPress Multisite installation; and while he was unable to solve the problem entirely, he presented an adequate workaround to me.

Even the workaround was already far more than I expected, though, seeing as it's not the technicians' jobs to diagnose WordPress problems - he could've simply left it at "there's nothing wrong with the server. 'Fraid you're on your own."

Hats off to the support team, which I have, ironically enough, come to expect to exceed my expectations. Seriously, you guys are just awesome. I'm happy to say I've had similarly great experiences every time I've asked for help before, too - I just wish I could remember the names of everyone who has helped me before. I managed to find Vern Faulk, Adam Ja, Raymond Ma, Jason Ri, and Krasimir Ko from the logs I emailed to myself, but I know there are several more I'm missing.

It's rare that I have absolutely no negative experiences with a company - not just webhosts - but HostGator is one of them. I hope you manage to keep it up for years to come!
