Positive Thank you Janet - Austin Office

Our company is purchasing a dedicated server for the first time in which forced me to call Host Gator with a few questions I had acquired. The first call was answered by Ryan, which I had to let him go because my parents freaked out that I was using the home phone for business HAHA! lol.

The second call got answered by Janet, which provided 20000000% Pre sales support and answered every question that I had about our new dedicated server.

Good job Janet! Host Gator should be proud to have a employee like you, keep up the superb job.

She was very friendly on the phone, and highly energetic which I love. I love it when you can have a fun conversation while still being serious about business.

Good job Host Gator. My 374 per month will be well invested.
