I have been a reseller for over a year now with HostGator, and I wanted to take the time to write and say THANK YOU for being the best hosting company out there!

I build web sites for others and many times have to deal with their hosting company and I can say with out a doubt that HostGator is far superior in support and options.

I want to say a special THANK YOU to your support team, they have always been courteous, helpful and have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me solve a problem. They have helped me with issues that traditionally have not been in their job description IE: Joomla issues, yet they have always been as helpful and polite as they could be. I especially appreciate speaking to an American when I call customer support!! I recommend HostGator every chance I get, because I know that whoever I send your way will be treated right.

I have not received the same treatment from other hosting companies.

Again...thank you to everyone for being one of the refreshing companies out there with superior customer service!!

I am a person that will give a company my strong opinion for bad customer service; and believe me there is plenty of horrible customer support/service out there.



so I wanted to make sure that yawl <--- (and yes I am from Texas) got kudos for consistently doing such a superior job!
