I noticed that when support sends test emails they use cubecitytest@gmail.com for some reason. This goes to my clients and if I don't log onto the server fast enough to delete it from the new folder, my clients see this. I think if any test emails are sent to our clients emails, it should be from a test account on the primary domain, like test@resellerdomain.com.
I just thought about after I posted and there needs to be an outside testing email, but I think it needs to be like hostingtest@gmail.com or something a little more generic than cubecitytest.
