Why is there no support Forum? Searchable help forums are such a great way of learning and helping others. It seems silly that HosGator wouldnt have one.
I am a newbie to cpanel and am having a hard time finding help for the end user. |

You're on the support forum. If you don't have access to the support area you need to follow the instructions towards the top, so they can link your forum account with the hostgator domain you signed up with.

Yes, once you're activated by HG, you'll see all the forums, not just the pre-sales ones.
