... but let down by support. When there are problems with the server, if you go to the live support, their first response is to blame us, the customers or deny the problem.
Today I spoke with Angela just to inform Hostgator that there was an issue with my server preventing websites from accessing their databases. The first response: "there is a problem with your programming"..... , I mean, come on.... no investigation, just a straight up insult.Previously I had contacted support to report constant timing out, the response: "there is no problem", despite a marked decrease in performance of the server. A week later, performance was back up, indicating that some maintenance had eventually been carried out that DID fix the problem.
