Being a “newbie” to HostGator, I just wanted to say “great job” in the tech support dept. I submitted a ticket this morning (around 1am) and was going to bed. Checked my mail and there was a response all ready (within 10 minutes) asking me (2) questions, I sent a reply with the answers, decided to wait a few more minutes instead of going to bed and had a reply from hostgator with problem fixed. Now I realize it was a small problem, but the response time needs to be commended!
Also a few days ago, I had to call tech support, while I did wait on hold for awhile, it did go fast compared other companies. They could not help on this instance, BUT it was nothing wrong on Hostgator’s end of it and the tech DID give me a few suggestions to try and it worked. I am and will always be “small potatoes” in the hosting world, but it is nice to know my blood pressure will not rise thinking about having to call or email support for help. KUDOS HOST GATOR
