Hello,

I submitted a ticket a few hours ago now, but haven't heard anything back yet could somebody tell me how long do you usually have to wait?

I wish to begin hosting again, and I like to know there's support when you need it and the response time sensible.

There's no single answer to that question, but HG support ticket response is usually excellent. Sometimes you'll get something back within minutes, but depending upon the nature of the problem, it might take longer. For something urgent, you might also want to try Live Chat.

If you go into Live chat, you could ask the support rep to raise your ticket in the que.

Right now our response times for tickets is right at 2hours. Depending on the day, and the amount of tickets we have this will go up or down. As wyredwing stated if this is a time sensitive issue, just come into live chat and ask that your ticket is escalated to an admin right away.

Matter has been resolved. Live chat was very helpful I do however have one question regarding domain name registration can you register .co.uk's or not?
