Positive Tech Support Performance

I've been a customer here at Hostgator for a few months, and my initial experience before this weekend was good. Email problems, which I always had with my previous host, I've experienced none. Downtime, so far none that I've noticed. Site speed, all good.

But over the last weekend the support team upgraded my experience from good to great. The guys really went above and beyond expectations in their efforts to help me figure out what was wrong with my Zen Cart installation. I had moved in my e-store from another host and was having a multitude of problems getting it working right. These problems were mainly due to my inexperience with working with databases. But the ever so patient techs @ HG never showed their frustration! They even did some db editing to get it working right, which is pretty impressive considering it's a 3rd party product. My store is now nicely settled at HG and running at amazing speed.

I'd like to thank Justin M., Herbert J., Shaun L., Thomas S., and Ben F. for all their hard work and timely responses. Trust me, it's really really appreciated.
