This is the first time that i encountered a tech who just left me in the air while we are on chat. I guess he couldnt handle the issue but still its not the right way to do it.
Techs name is Robert Le ( This is our Chat ID 4373234) Its about a problem that i encountered when i installed something on my forum. |

Good Morning,
I'd like to first apologize for the troubles with our LiveChat earlier today. I've reviewed the chat transcript you noted and it does in fact appear the involved Junior Administrator did not intentionally disconnect the chat. During the time you're in touch with us via LiveChat, the system will send a ping to your location which ensures the connection remains open and the chat stays live. In this particular chat it appears the chat system had not received any response back from your location, which after repeated attempts caused the system to close the connection. Running a test between this location and your IP address from chat, it does in fact appear there are routing issues with your local ISP. Regardless though, my sincerest apologies for that to have happened. I understand that's extremely frustrating to encounter during a LiveChat. I do see there have been more recent support tickets however for this issue, which reviewing server logs appear to have mitigated the error. I'm going to be sending you a follow up email very shortly regarding this issue and what you were experiencing both with the error as well as in chat. We do certainly want to ensure this is resolved for you promptly and to your satisfaction. If there is anything at all that's yet to be resolved, by all means please let me know via the email.
