Takes too long to get authorized for this forum

I signed up as a reseller a week ago. I was very excited about the whole program and eager too get things up and running. I had a problem with the nameservers - called tech suport, problem solved in 5 minutes. I needed a dedicated IP - emailed support - 30 minutes done. I wanted to get signed up for enom - emailed support - 15 minutes done. I wanted to get signed up with templatemonster - emailed sales. 25 minutes done. I wanted Whmautopilot - emailed sales - 2 hours done. Wanted access to this forum 1 day - no, 2 days - no, 3 days -no, 4 days - no 5 days - no. Finnally at 8pm on day 5 I got access. And I only because I complained LOUDLY and refused to take no for an answer. Now from what I have been reading here, 5 days is a phenominal turnaroud time for getting access to this forum.

It's pretty obvious where the weak link is at Hostgator!!! I don't understand what the problem is that makes it take so long. Are you guys doing a special background investigation to make sure we're not commies or terrorist?

Well since I got on it has taken me about three hours to find the answers to all the question I had about whmautopilot and a bunch of other stuff I didn't know.

One last thing, if the person responsible for granting acces to this forum worked for me, I would give him a piece of paper with the following written on it; http://www.monster.com

I agree with you and am shocked the person in charge of this has let it slide recently as you experienced. Up until recently it use to be done within 24 hours. I'll be keeping a closer eye on this. Thank you for letting us know!
