I wasn't a reseller with HostGator for too long, but you guys sure did make available every resource I needed!

Within 5 hours of making the payment, I had every aspect of HostGator's plan setup and working perfectly (DNS propagation excluded, of course).

The only reason I left is to research a little more on reseller plans. It was a pay-and-trial run for me, and though I wouldn't recommend doing that with any host, HG certainly was understanding. I even got a custom quote out of it, something I don't usually expect from even a small hosting business.

A few helpful reps, though I didn't log them all:
David K, Celeste F., Pauline F., and a few others on sales chat that I gave all good ratings on.

Thanks for the great support, I'll certainly be looking to do more business with you guys in the near future, it was a pleasure.

Another quick addition... Sorry for the double post! No problem with merging if you need to.

I've read through a few of the "negative" reviews, and of the 5% that were unresolved, I had a few laughs. Essentially these people come from unestablished hosting companies that have ridiculous policies to a very well rounded business, and they expect everything for nothing.

I don't know where they came from, but none of the issues I've had with HostGator were at all close to this magnitude. All of my tickets have been resolved within in 24 hours or less (much less), or are pending my reply.

I appreciate the Review Forums as a place for HostGator to brag about their well deserved reputation. Pass my regards to Brent, you've done a great job here.
