From Swamp to Baby ?
I´m considering going down to Baby accout, since the services seems to be the same except for storage, which 100GB is plenty for me, but are there any issues I should aware of before I order this and does it cost anything to downgrade ?

You can downgrade at any time by filling out the form at http://www.hostgator.com/downgrade.php - There is a one time $10 fee to downgrade.
Other than the space/bandwidth, the only difference between the plans is the Swamp supports private SSL and the Baby does not.
