Suspension - Notification?

Hello. I'm considering going with a shared hosting plan. One thing I'd like to clarify: if my account is suspended because of bandwidth/CPU/some other overage, will I be notified by phone/email immediately?

You will get an email to your email address on file with HG

NOTE: Make sure you do not sign up with an email address such as me@mydomainhostedbyhg.com as then you wont recieve an email.

Yes, it's very, very important that the email you give to HG isn't one that will be hosted by HG. Otherwise you'll never know!

Thanks. And I just want to get clarification of the TOS:

" a) Use 25% or more of system resources for longer then 90 seconds."

This is resources, not necessarily just CPU resources, correct? So if I use 10% of RAM, and 15% of CPU, this accounts for 25%, and therefore I am in violation?
