I've got about 50 domains. One of my clients called today and wondered where his site was. I looked and it had been suspended. All my other sites were still online. Went to WHM and sure enough it said that single domain was suspended. I UN-suspended it and all is fine now.
So .... how did that happen? Any Ideas? No one has access to WHM but me, and I have never used the suspend feature. Thanks, Edward |

No. They have only used 98 megs of bandwidth out of an allowed 3 gigs ... and only using half of the available web space.

todd, we have looked into this and are as stumped as you are as to the cause. If this should happen again, please contact us asap so we can have another look. Hopefully it was just a fluke occurrance, but if it happens again, please let us know.
