Hello: I have sent e-mails to sales and then an e-mail to billing to get my account unsuspended. But my account is still suspended.
My account was suspected of spamming, but it is apparent that the spammer took advantage of a contact form on my site and used it to spam. My web site has been down all day and sales/billing/support have been unresponsive. The only thing I get directed to do from each department is to e-mail the other department. Please unsuspend my account! nicedream.net |
