And that sucks.
Darn right it sucks. What also sucks is that we have to wait 8 hours for a posting from HG, and that so-called support are totally useless to us.

I'm beginning to wonder if they've just given up (the urgency seems to have gone). Customers have just been left unattended. Our web sites have spent more time down than up so far this year. It's quite unbelievable.

The guy who was ranting the other day about HG? I'm beginning to think he was entirely right.

Would that be me? I was one of them. Still am. I think that the suck and I should have moved on a long time ago. I just want my data now.

Anyway I did a dns lookup at mydnsreport.com and it says that domain does not exist. That could be because the server is down or they did not pay their bill to the datacenter and were cut off. Who knows. Right now I really don't care. I just want my data.

"Parent FAIL Parent nameservers have your nameservers listed The parent servers say that the domain 67.18.2.226 does not exist"

http://mydnsreport.com/?url=67.18.2.226&domain=DNS+Test

Brent I'll make you a offer. Give me my data and I will leave and you can keep my money. I won't bother you again and I won't even post badly about your business.

We are working on all the problems. The IP issue has been fixed, Apache has been rebuilt a few times to fix issues we found.

I am locking this thread now and have created a new one.

http://forums.hostgator.com/showthre...=8980#post8980

We need some fresh intel on things to fix. If there is any problems, please post it here. And only the problem.
