I already submitted a support request, the ID is FGP-61581-202.

I'm feeling a little ill here, because I got a call from my highest volume client, saying that their site is down and has been so for about 15 minutes. They can't get into cPanel either. I checked, and all my client sites are down.

So I submitted a support request, and then called because this is really urgent. The guy who answered said "Oh yeah, they're sending out an email about that" and told me that the server would be down for "a while" because the hard drive died.

I tried to get an answer out of him as to how long it would take, but he wouldn't say. This is totally crazy! All my client's sites have been down for about half an hour now, and the domains aren't even resolving because my nameservers point to that server as well. On top of everything else, I have no idea when things will be fixed!

Does anyone from HostGator have any more information to provide? And how do I get a refund for not having the promised uptime this month?

Same here....

But 15 mins is covered in the 99.9% uptime!
However... 43.2 minutes is the cut off from my calculations, and it has been down longer than that!

Hmm, they're all in mirror, so that shouldn't take too long to fix...

Stupid question:

Could this be related to the HD flashing yellow in Server Status? Been that way all month.
