Approaching my first week with my hostgator dedicated server.
I just want to say that I appreciate how helpful the support desk staff is. I'm no server technician so I sometimes require my hand being held; I appreciate the thorough responses I've received with detailed explanations to my questions. I hope this continues even when I am no longer a "new" customer.
