Default Support ticket more than 12 hour waiting

Hi Gator,

I'm user since 2007, i only have 3 open ticket since 2007.

I have problem with my site "Page does not always load correctly"
I have open 2 ticket today QIN-14742263 and AEO-14743964.

QIN-14742263 : not try to solve the real problem. Just got 2 replies out from the issue.

AEO-14743964: no reply yet.

Also i have spoke with live chat, the will update my ticket shortly.

I was waiting in front of a computer more than 13 hours waiting for a reply from the support department. I want to try to make a fast reply to admin for his jobs easier if any question about the problem. but unfortunately I was very tired.

If any change on hostgator Policy about my site problem, let me know.
I time to rethink about other hosting.

Just want to update my post.

I' stay with .. problem was fixed.

I just wanted to personally apologize for the delay and make sure you're once again happy with us.

Hostgator never stops hiring, but unfortunately there are times when we get flooded with support and or have many employees call in sick, scheduling gaps, etc. We are currently spending $100,000 a month alone on recruiting billboards all across the country. We also work with many promoters as well as have in house recruiting department working to solve some of the staffing issues we have.

Support has recently once again been improving with ticket response times dropping significantly. I'm not going to stop working on improving our support until no matter what day or time I look in our system everything is 100% empty.

Do you have any outstanding issues I can help you with?
