Support Techs need thinner fingers
Boy oh boy, there's nothing I like better than holding for Support for nearly 20 minutes, listening to the "countdown" (You are caller number X, X-1, X-2... then finally First in line!) only to have the fat-fingered Support Tech...
HANG UP ON YOU AS HE GETS THE CALL! I'm now back in the hold queue, at "X plus too d*mn many other callers ahead of me". Either your techs need some additional phone training, or your phone system needs some maintenance. This isn't the first time its happened, and that's why I'm posting. /rant off It's ok, I'm calm. I took a Valium, and it's already working. *sigh* RV
