Hi, I emailed support more than an hour ago with a simple question and havent gotten an answer yet. Do you guys have 24 hour support with all forms of communication(aim,email,phone) you offer? Also, how long does email support usually take? Thanks

Our support staff handles tickets on a priority basis, and while we do want your business, we would have to handle the support requests of our current customers first. It is for this reason that you should contact sales@hostgator.com rather than support@hostgator.com , or you can post your question(s) here.

Oh, and yes, we offer 24/7 support via Email, Instant Message, Forums, and Phone. Average response time for email support is less than 12 hours, but many tickets are handled much more quickly. It all depends on the volume of existing tickets and the complexity of your request.
