Gracias

In fact, they don't have to do it, Spanish customers are not more that 1%.

Any way, if you can tell me what do you need I am glad to help. As I see, you are a reseller, and I will like to know what do you want to do with those IPs.

Hello. I need to have 2 dedicated, private IPs to assign to 2 new DNS.
Can you help me with that? What should I do?

If possible, please write back to me in Spanish.

Thank you, in advance.

Suerte.

They are just saying that it is available... sometimes.

You are acting like an idiot.
Are you?

That's a warm response. I had a nice response, but since it has the word black in it -- you might think I'm racist, so I won't post it.

Is it me or this thread is getting warm? Please stop it, this is getting NOT nice

Related to thread, I clearly understood everything op wanted as I'm spanish. I think It's not a good choice to purchase hosting with a company which uses a language you don't understand, but anyway there are many spanish people here, who can easily give support in spanish. Just let spanish threads open, many of us would be glad to help if we can

Bye.

I think that this thread has to be closed, it is not giving any positive feed back. It is only used to flame on something. If someone needs any advice in Spanish, as oMega saids, please open a new thread and I will be more than glad to help.

Saludos.

English
We do not offer 24/7 support in Spanish. There are only a few techs that speak Spanish. Therefore we are limited to the support we can give to Spanish customers. When we do not have techs that speak Spanish we try the best we can to communicate with the customer.

Anytime a ticket is submitted in any kind of language our Administrators try and translate it through translators. If there is a person that speaks that language on shift at the time they help out. As you know HostGator is a very large company with tons of customers from all parts of the world. We are in the process of trying to find multi lingual support/admins that can assist further in helping our non English speaking customers as they are just as valuable to us as the English speaking ones. if you have an issue and you cannot translate or having trouble communicating the best thing to do would be to submit a screen shot of the issue you are having. This helps out tremendously..

As always we strive for customer satisfaction and do not want to see any customer left out, but as an international hosting company we have to try and communicate with all the languages from around the world.

Thank you,
Josh Loe
