no creo que HostGator brinde ayuda en español, pero acá en el foro habemos varios usuarios que te podemos ayudar en Español.

There is no certain email address that you will use just the default support@hostgator.com works fine for any language.

If we do not know a language we can typically use a translator. I'm sure that many have used a translator before so you know that it is not always perfect but it gets the job done.

We are lucky enough to have some employees that do speak spanish but they are not always working at the time they are needed. With the new Houston office we due have a greater chance of taking on new Spanish speaking techs.

en realidad creo que ellos no tienen la obligación de atenderte en español y mucho menos por medio del chat, mucho hicieron por contestarte cortesmente de que no había nadie que pudiera atenderte. Ahora bien, probaste enviarles un correo a ver si te lo contestaban? creo que eso podría ser mejor que tratar en el chat.

Hola si ya he enviado varios emails a support@hostgator.com pero nadie me contesta en español, todos los tickets en ingles.

Solo lo que quiero es tener 2 IPS dedicadas y Privadas para 2 DNS nuevas!!

Pero como no me explico bien en ingles no me entienden. De todas formas una empresa como hostgator y teniendo clientes de habla española tendrian que dar el minimo de soporte en español.
