You might try contacting Live Chat by clicking on the icon at the top right of this page and ask them to check on it. I would not expect support in Russian, primary support would be in English, but only the staff can answer for sure.

We don't officially provide support in any languages besides English. We do have quite a few bilingual (and even trilingual) employees, though, and if you request support in a specific language, we'll do our best to accommodate that whenever possible.

The most common non-English request we come across is Spanish, which we are generally able to provide support in.
