So I signed up on Sunday and just had my first experience of tech support (dns servers weren't esolving correctly). I emailed in a support request and was going to go to bed and check it tomorrow (I'm in the UK and read the thing about waiting up to 12 hours for email replies...) but lo and behold within 10 minutes I had a reply and support had resolved my problem for me :lol:
I know I haven't been here long but if this is the standard of support at HostGator I'll soon be moving the rest of my accounts over to you! Keep up the excellent work and have a drink on me!
