Support response should include the last question/comment from originator
Hi - just a suggest that might help to follow some longer thread of emails when dealing with support.
It would be real helpful to know which question/comment support is responding to when we receive a reply from support. Current it only includes their response and not the question/comment.
For example, I am working with support on an issue that has gone on for a few days and sometimes, I respond with another thought or comment, before I receive a reply. When I do then receive a reply, I am not sure to which question they are sometimes responding.
Just my 2 cents here.
