Lightbulb Support responce email needs changing

At the moment, the current responce is:

The error in this is:

I dont think that HostGator would like me to keep spamming support with my same message so that it will be answered 2 mins after I sent it.

Can it be chanaged please?

uh... "increases our response times" means it takes longer to respond, not the other way around.

increases means goes up

it should be changed to "makes responces longer" or similar.

Yes, increases means "goes up", so the number of minutes it takes for your ticket to be responded to "goes up", which means it takes longer.

Also, it's responses, with an 's'.
