Hi,

When you phone hostgator support, does it cost money? and also, what does it mean by 'toll free' What one do I call, I see 2 numbers, but I cannot type 'gator' in on my phone.

Also, does hostgator speak to under 18's, I'm 14 ( I checked I could use this hosting with parents permission ) I mean would they speak to me?

If you are in the US and call 1-866-964-2867 it is a free call. Generally for technical support it would be better to submit a Help Desk ticket by emailing support @ hostgator.com.

I'm from the U.K, would I have to pay, also, what number would I ring, and would they speak to me because i'm only 14.

You would need to use Skype on your computer and use the number I gave in the previous reply. Unless it is an emergency it would be better to use Live Chat or send in a ticket. For an answer to your question on age I would check with Live Chat.
