Support needs better people skills
On my first day as a host gator customer, one of the customer support techs was a little rude. The other ones were nice, however. Other than that things have been pretty good. Site has been running well since switching.

I to would like to know who was rude. We hired about 20 new people in the last week so theres def some weeding we will need to be doing. Your input would mean a lot! Thanks!!
