The support is a load of rubbish - is it?

i have to post this as i have seen so many posts about how bad the support has got.

I have used the support, by all the methods, i think and i havent had a problem with it. Sometimes there a little slow, but not most of the time.

Just now topped it off.....

I went to the home page and clicked livehelp,
Now when you do that it asks for your name and question. so entered my name and my question (Where can i download the tempaltes included in the reseller accounts?). click the button it went stright connected me to a member of staff who said

you can view them here (and gave me the link)
or directly download them here (and gave me the link)

It litrially took about 10 seconds, Now thats support that really eats up the competition!
