ok, I'm confused
I come to forum for support to see if anyone posted the same question I am gonna ask....

umm where is the support forum?, I see is 3 Public forums

Customer Reviews
Suggestions

may I suggest a "Support" Forum? or "Hosting Questions"

There are lots of support forum areas but only the three you mentioned are available before your account has been activated fully. Hang on a bit and you will see all that the forum has to offer.

Actually I posted the first suggestion and added the other when I remembered the header that was on top of the forum when a new user visits...snuck that in right behind it
