Angry Support finally pushed me over the edge and I am looking for other VPS suppliers

A client on one of my VPS does nearly $100k per month in sales. So obviously I freak when there is a problem.
Yesterday we figured out there was a strange problem with SSL installed, the problem only showed on certain firefox browsers. "The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided.". So I know this is going to be difficult.
With some googleing I figure out that you need the root/intermediate certificate installed.
I AM A NOOB, that's why I use hostgator managed VPS, I NEED HELP.

The first support person just blew me off, I asked for a supervisor, it took him 10 minutes to blow me off. 1 good thing happened, he gave me a link to a website to check your SSL, (http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html) this is a great tool, I suggest everyone check your sites with this.

I was so anxious to get this fixed I aggreed to just buy a cert from hostgator and have them install it. $50 was a small price to pay.

I am now off the phone and do some more googling and find support at comodo, put in a ticket there, get the same answer but with instructions to fix. They were not complicated, I uploaded the CRT bundle to the site, Tada it's fixed. In about 5 minutes from some NOOB.

So this morning I check several other sites, found another that needed fixed on the VPS box, fixed that no problem.

I also find one on a shared account so I can't upload the bundle, I put in a ticket and what happens, blown off again. The tech basically didn't read the ticket.

Very frustrated and shopping.

Common, from buying a certificate and install it cannot be more than 7 minutes .

You can buy a yourself a certificate (the most cheap price is 13$ / year) and install it by your self, through WHM. It is the most easy procedure possible.
